Windsor Dental Practice – Automatic NHS Deregistration Policy

At Windsor Dental Practice, we are committed to providing high-quality dental care to all our patients. Due to limited NHS funding and high demand for NHS dental services, we have introduced an automatic deregistration policy to ensure that NHS spaces are allocated to patients actively using the service.

Automatic NHS Deregistration Criteria:

Any NHS patient who has not attended an appointment at our practice for over 12 months will be automatically removed from our NHS patient list.

This policy helps free up NHS slots for patients who require ongoing care and ensures fair access to our limited NHS capacity.

Rejoining the Practice:

If you have been deregistered due to inactivity and NHS spaces are still available, you may rejoin the NHS list.

If NHS capacity is full, you will be offered the option to continue your care with us on a private basis.

Please note: There is a small registration fee of £5.

We encourage all NHS patients to attend regular appointments to maintain their place and continue receiving NHS care.

If you have any questions or would like to check your status, please contact our reception team.
