At Windsor Dental Practice, our priority is to provide consistent, high-quality NHS dental care to our registered patients. Due to limited NHS capacity and high demand, it’s essential that NHS resources are used appropriately and fairly.
NHS Deregistration Due to Failed Attendance:
Any NHS patient who fails to attend two appointments without giving sufficient notice will be automatically removed from our NHS patient list.
We understand that sometimes appointments may need to be changed. However, missed appointments waste valuable NHS time and appointments that could have been offered to other patients in need. To ensure fairness and access for all, we must take a strict approach to failed attendance.
We kindly ask patients to inform us as early as possible if they are unable to attend an appointment so that we can reallocate the time to another patient.
